I am looking for a dedicated virtual assistant based in Douala, Cameroon to support finance and accounting tasks for our Digital Marketing Training Online Platform. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in finance.
Responsibilities
- Manage account receivables and oversee collections
- Support billing and provide customer assistance for payment-related inquiries
- Help with accounts payable and payroll processing
- Participate in e-commerce-related finance tasks
- Assist in controlling financial transactions within the company
Requirements
- Be located in Douala, Cameroon
- Have a foundational understanding of finance and accounting
- Able to dedicate time for accounting and financial tasks
- Access to a smartphone and/or laptop
- Able to work remotely
Nice to have
- Experience in Accounting
- Additional languages (English & French)
- Cameroon Tax Knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
